Happenings at Chinese Wushu Research Institute.
Master Rui Xiong Mai will teach a series of seminars on Fu style tai chi on alternating Sundays Nov. 7 and 21 and Dec. 5 from 1 to 3 PM at the Boston school. The seminars are $40 each.

Leda Elliott will offer another 8 week series of her popular family classes for children 4–9 years old (must be accompanied by a parent). The classes will introduce your child to some stretching, balancing, jumping, kicking and some simple wushu movements combined with the invigorating beat of the Chinese drum. Location: 130 Lincoln St. in Boston, from Sept. 12 to Oct. 31, on Sundays from 11 AM to 12 PM. Cost: $120 per parent and child, $60 per extra child for entire series. Grandmaster Bow Sim Mark will teach a seminar on her Rooting Pine Chi Kung exercise on Sunday Aug. 29 at the Boston school. The seminar is from 1 to 3 PM, and the fee is $40. Beginners welcome.
On Sunday Aug. 8. Master Rick Wong will teach a seminar in tai chi pushing hands at the Boston school from 1 to 3 PM. The seminar is $40 and is open to the public.
