Combined Internal Chuan Workshop

This form stresses the essential characteristics of Tai Chi, circular, relaxed and calm. From Pa Kua's Single Palm Change, you learn to move in all directions with quick agility. From Hsing Yi, you learn to use explosive force.

Grandmaster Bow Sim Mark needs no introduction. It is a great pleasure to have her teaching.

All workshops are open to students of all levels.

Rick Wong is the director of the Chinese Martial Arts Center of Melrose, Ma. He has studied Wushu for more than 25 years in both the United States and China, and has been a gold medalist at numerous national and international competitions. He has studied with Master Mark for many years and a charter member of the Bow Sim Mark Tai Chi Arts Association.
