Wushu is a traditional sport of the Chinese people, often called kung fu or martial arts. Its many different styles are suitable for people of all ages. Master Mark's Philosophy Wushu was used for fighting, as a sport, and a health exercise. At the same time, it has rich artistic content and entertainment value. My life inh Wushu has emphasized health exercise. In order to raise the artistic value of Wushu, I have introduced Wushu Theatre. Wushu has its own language that can be choreographed into a story. I want to use Wushu Theatre to let people know about Wushu and raise the interest of students and help them achieve more effective results. Tai Chi The practice of Tai CHi seeks to maintain one's mind-body balance without unwanted side effects. Shaolin These external styles are excited, athletically challenging and often acrobatic. Wushu Theatre In 1989, Master Mark began developing theatrical pieces that use authentic martial arts techniques to tell a story. The Wushu community at the 5th World Wushu Festival 2000 in Shanghai recently recognized her efforts for their pioneering innovation.
